The Armoury provides class-based and personal boxing and fitness training so that you can achieve your training objectives by optimising the four elements of FITT:
Frequency – how often you exercise – we offer classes every day
Intensity – how hard you exercise – you will work hard
Time – when you exercise – at your convenience; morning, lunchtime and evening
Type – the type of exercise – functional training / authentic boxing training
The Armoury provides plenty of choice from the standard class-based membership to tailored combinations of one-on-one and class membership, one-on-one personal training, small group classes and special courses.

Membership includes all classes on the schedule including the Boxing Fitness and Skills & Sparring. All classes run for 1 hour, except lunch time is 45 minutes. In the Boxing Fitness class you can expect a combination of functional training and authentic boxing fitness training and conditioning, whilst keeping it non-contact. Skills & Sparring is for those who actually want to box, learn and practice fighting skills, strategy and full contact sparring.
The classes are great fun and do the job, but some people want a little more personal attention and encouragement to help them realise specific training objectives. Our Boxing Coaching one-on-one sessions are brilliant if you’re looking for a little more motivation and progressive personalised training – whether to develop your boxing skills or to achieve your fitness and wellness goals. Want to come with friends or organise a team building event? We can provide trainers to take small group classes.
All membership options are very competitively priced and offer amazing value. Funny old thing, but we actually want to see you training in The Armoury. There are no joining fees or hidden administrative charges and we don’t lock you in and hope that you don’t come.

what to bring
So that’s you sorted then, we look forward to seeing you down at the Gun Shop. Please bring a padlock if you’re using the lockers and a towel and water bottle. You will need your own hand wraps which you can purchase at any sporting retail store or directly from the club.
You don’t need to bring your own boxing gloves but we sell decent stuff if you’d rather not use the club’s gloves. Train hard, get into shape and you can buy cool Armoury apparel (everyone wants to be seen in our kit but only so many get the right to wear it!)
Oh… and don’t forget to leave any troubles at the door, we don’t do whining.
